Bright, Airy Oceanfront Condo on Amelia Island!

Bright and stylishly decorated, this beautiful condo is located in the sought-after Terraces at Beachside complex on the north end of Amelia Island. The Terraces at Beachside is the closest oceanfront complex to the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach (only 1.8 miles) and short walks to the entrances of Fort Clinch State Park and Egan's Creek Greenway (0.25 mile or less to both).

Located right next to Main Beach, Amelia Island's most well-known beachfront park, the condo is perfectly tucked into quiet sand dunes while still being only steps from a couple beachy restaurants, a playground, putt-putt golf, sand volleyball courts, and a skate park, among other things. Sandbar, one of the restaurants, is just steps away and a great setting for lunch or dinner on the beach.

This 2nd floor condo has an open floor-plan that features a combined kitchen, dining and entertainment area that opens onto a private balcony with gorgeous ocean views. The main bedroom has a king size bed and attached full bath. All bath and bed linens are provided. Additional sleeping space is available in the main area with two sleeper sofas, one of them offering privacy by being set aside from the main living area with a sheer curtain to help separate the space.

The fully equipped kitchen has like-new appliances and will have everything you need for preparing meals. A second full bathroom is just off the kitchen. Wireless internet access and cable TV is provided for guests.

The Terraces at Beachside is a comfortable and intimate setting with 15 total units in this building. Guests enjoy pool and beach access just steps away. Other features of this well-maintained building include private covered parking (one reserved spot per unit), secure entrances locked 24/7, an elevator, interior hallways and sitting areas, a barbecue grilling area, and a storage closet for beach supplies and two bicycles for your use.
