Comfortable spot for a quick getaway

Our stay was comfortable, and the home met our needs. The appliances were top-notch. The only minor inconveniences were needing to purchase additional toilet paper and running out of towels during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Lovely home

We were here for Dr appointments at Mayo Clinic. The house was conveniently located to Mayo. The home was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable.We had trouble with the WiFi but that was my fault. I transposed letters repeatedly. I had also requested any fragrance plug in to be removed and they very graciously made certain any fragrance items were removed.We were there during the cold snap and I was glad to discover the blankets in the ottoman.We enjoyed our stay.Check in was easy.We recommended the house to our daughter and her family. Thanks for the hospitality!

Oasis away from home

I can confidently say that it was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this property is a cut above the rest. It’s situated in a prime location, close to all the main attractions yet nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood. It was easy to get around, whether I wanted to explore local cafes, visit tourist spots, or just take a leisurely stroll in the park nearby. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with attention to detail that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The design struck the perfect balance between modern amenities and homey touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Every amenity I could have needed was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare meals with ease. There were thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, and even a few local treats. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important since I needed to get some work done during my stay. A great place in a great neighborhood.

My family stayed here for 3 weeks while we looked for a new home to buy since we were from out of town. The host was very quick to communicate and was very helpful. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for families

Overall a great place to stay! Very clean, well kept, and accurate! Beds were super comfortable and Roku TVs in every room! Great shopping and restaurants in the area. Very close to beach as well. The host was very quick to respond as well. Would definitely book again if ever in the area.

UNF Graduation and reunion

The hosts were quick to respond to me and helpful with my questions. The home is perfect for small group and very well appointed. We ran out of time to use it, but the back yard and Grill area are another nice area to gather.

We stayed 10 days we enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood I loved it!! Everything worked we didn’t have to call no one about anything all the appliances we used worked I wouldn’t change or say anything bad about the place it’s pretty much in the middle of everything all the stores and restaurants so I can’t complain if we decide to vacation in Jacksonville next summer I will be look you all up. Perfect location!

We stayed here to visit our son playing lacrosse for Jacksonville U and it was the perfect location. Clean and the owner was quick to respond and bring us an umbrella for the game because of rain! One suggestion would be to have kitchen towels and more paper products, TP (one roll is not enough for a long weekend) Kleenex, paper towels and first aid kit (my dad cut himself) We went to buy them because we didn’t want to ask the owner.
