What a great place to stay! The house is charming, so comfortable, clean, quiet, and centrally located to San Marco and much of JAX. The host Tim was next level amazing. He made sure I had everything that I needed, followed up on questions, and made sure that everything was good. When I come back for another family visit, I will definitely stay here again. You will love staying here!

Nice house in great location

The reason for our visit was to explore the greater Jacksonville area, and this was a perfect location, and for a couple it was perfect for us. One of us worked remotely and the wifi is fine for virtual meetings all day. There is a grocery store, good coffee shop and a number of restaurants in walking distance. It is centrally located to explore all around Jacksonville.

Wonderful stay in San Marco

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 week stay in this historical bungalow, situated within a short walking distance of all the dining, shopping and entertainment San Marco has to offer. In these weeks, it really felt like home to us. The premises were spot-on clean, the living room inviting and cozy, and the beds very comfortable. Tim, our host, was attentive, responded quickly to a few things we needed, and welcomed suggestions. I highly recommend this property for a short or long term stay.

Cozy Clean

This home is perfect for a relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom has been renovated and is beautiful. The couch is large and cozy to hang out on and watch a movie. The high ceiling and many windows make the space bright and open. The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly.
