The loft can be used as an office space, sitting room or den with a TV. There is a 50" 4K Smart TV and a Blu Ray player in the Family room and a 40" LED 1080p Smart TV and Blu Ray player in the loft. Games, puzzles, books and movies are included for your entertainment. AT&T Fiber internet is also included. The property features a 2 car garage. Neighborhood amenities included for all guests: Soccer Field, Volleyball court, Multiple Parks & Playgrounds just 2 blocks away. Additional amenities included with a one month or longer stay: 4 Pools (1 is heated), 2 Gyms (1 within walking distance), Basketball courts, Tennis courts, Baseball Fields.
