This multilevel retreat is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a private garage, open-concept living areas, two spacious en-suite bedrooms, and plenty of natural light throughout.

Located in a quiet, private community with full access to the unit and amenities including a resort-style pool, Jacuzzi, 24/7 gym, grill area, and car wash station.

Walk to St. Johns Town Center — featuring shopping, an outdoor mall, Costco, Topgolf, urgent care, IKEA, and countless restaurants. Just 10-15 minutes to various beaches, downtown nightlife, charter fishing spots, and multiple hospitals. Only 20 mins to Jacksonville International Airport, 30 minutes to the nation’s oldest city, historic St. Augustine.

Guests enjoy full access to the home and community amenities: resort-style pool, Jacuzzi, 24/7 fitness center, grill area, and car-wash station.
