This two-story villa on the second floor (stairs required) offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a charming coastal theme, ocean views, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, and a guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. Both bedrooms along with the laundry room, are located on the bottom level. On the upper level, you'll find a bright, open layout with a fully-equipped kitchen, a half bath, a comfortable living room with a TV, and a dining table for six. The ocean-view balcony is a perfect spot to start your day watching the sunrise. A full-size washer and dryer plus free WiFi ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The ocean-side pool is heated during our mild winter months and offers plenty of seating and tables to relax between swims. Enjoy grilling with ocean views at the charcoal grill area, complete with picnic tables. Beach access is easy via a scenic boardwalk that winds through beautifully maintained grounds. Please note that pool heating schedules are managed by the association and are not within our control.

This location offers everything you need for a carefree vacation. Just park and unwind.
