The rooms need to be upgraded the tub paint is chipping away, the carpet is run down and there is a mild sour smell. This is an old hotel so there is need for improvement with the rooms. Customer service is always good and the location is very nice.

Parking is very expensive. My 1st room had no refrigerator or microwave, but they made it up with my 2nd beautiful room. There were stains in the carpet and a mess in the elevator but the views and space is amazing depending on the room you get.

Facility has seen better days. Other guests smoking pot in their rooms coming out into the hallway when you get off the elevators. Nothing was done about it when reported. A/C unit rattled all night. Room overall has not been maintained.

The first room we had after a long trip the shower had no hot water and water would not drain also the phone in the room did not work it felt dirty and neglected. The second room was better but fire alarm went off at 7 am due to testing fire alarm and also went off during the day due to testing . Also second room ac was intermittent. Definitely not a great experience

The room looked dated and bathroom was dirty. The two days we were there, the hot water didnt work. The phone in the room didint work. The staff was helpful though. If you booked through a thord party, you cant go through the hotel for your refund. Overall this location will be a one and done for us.
