1st Floor | As you enter this beautiful beachfront home, you will immediately be drawn to its stunning features. The downstairs master bedroom boasts a king bed and en suite bathroom, along with a full sleeper sofa that is perfect for accommodating additional guests. Step out of the downstairs master bedroom’s back door to the inviting patio and access the house`s hot tub and private beach walkover for an extra special beach experience. On the first floor, you`ll also find a cozy additional bedroom boasting a queen bed and a full bathroom (shower bath). Spend unforgettable days and nights in this amazing beachfront home!
2nd Floor | The main living space is located on the upper level of the Ebb Tide Cottage, which features an open concept kitchen/dining area/living room with sweeping ocean vistas that will take your breath away. The living room has a large sectional couch, 3 chairs, and a TV with cable/streaming capabilities. The well-stocked kitchen has an island with two bar stools along with a Keurig coffee bar. The upstairs master bedroom provides a luxurious escape, complete with a king bed, a full bathroom, a desk, a TV (cable and streaming capabilities), and direct access to the beachfront deck. The charming second bedroom is equipped with two double beds and has a sliding door to access the deck. Both bedrooms promise stunning views of the ocean! An additional full bathroom (shower bath) is located directly across the hall from the second upstairs bedroom. Come and experience this coastal paradise for yourself!
Outdoor Spaces | The Ebb Tide Cottage has the perfect outdoor spaces for a beachfront getaway! Spend your days lounging on the expansive upstairs deck, where a covered dining table, 4 lounge chairs, and 2 rocking chairs await you. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy al fresco meals with an incredible view. Take a break from the sun by going downstairs to the patio, where a hot tub, 4 Adirondack chairs, and an additional dining table invite you to relax. Additionally, both the upstairs deck and downstairs patio are connected to the house’s private beach walkover, making it easy to explore Amelia Island’s stunning coastline.

Self check-in via coded smart lock. Guests have access to the entire property which includes the private beach walkover, deck, and patio.
Dog-friendly for up to two dogs! We have a 50-pound weight limit per dog and all dogs must be approved prior to check-in. The pet fee is $250.
Neighborhood Overview:
The Ebb Tide Cottage is well-located towards the north end of the island and is a quick drive to all of the island`s best dining and shopping. Additionally, this section of the beach is all residential homes so there are no condo buildings (i.e., this section of the beach is generally less crowded than the condo sections). From the house, you can walk to Slider’s Seaside Grill (0.4 miles) for oceanfront dining, beach drinks, and live music.
To the north, you will find Main Beach which features the Salt Life and Sandbar Kitchen restaurants, a playground, and beachside putt putt golf. From there, Amelia Island`s downtown historic district is just a short drive down Atlantic Avenue. There you will find plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, nightlife and local culture. Fort Clinch State Park is also located along Atlantic Avenue. The park features the 19th century Fort Clinch (still open to the public for tours), a great beach, and lots of beautiful trails for hiking or biking.
The South end of the island boasts several wonderful restaurants, the Ritz and Omni resorts, a picturesque canopy biking trail, and charming local boutiques. We recommend checking out the Ritz spa if you are looking for a relaxing treat!
If you go inland (west), you can find most necessities within two miles of the house. Sadler Road has a Publix grocery store, Starbucks, and multiple quick restaurants.
Getting Around:
Amelia Island is a small area and is easy to navigate! There is free parking available throughout the entire island, making driving very easy to any place you choose to visit.
Although Uber/Lyft are not very reliable on the island (we strongly recommend bringing a car), they are available through the app on your smartphone.
Bike rentals are available at `The Beach Store` located a half mile south of the Ebb Tide Cottage. Riptide Watersports also delivers bikes and other beach gear.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM – Please do not arrive prior to the check in time without prior approval.
• Checkout: 10:00 AM
• Self check-in with keypad
• No smoking or drug use on the property
• Only registered guests staying at the property are allowed on the premises - Max. 12 guests
• No parties, weddings or events of any kind
• Pets: Dogs under 50 pounds are allowed with prior approval from management (no dogs that shed allowed) - $250 pet fee
Check In: Check-in is 4:00pm.
We do our best to have your accommodations available by this time. Peak times and holidays are especially difficult, so please understand we are working hard to have your unit available as soon as possible. We cannot make refunds for a delayed check-in time. Please do not arrive to the property early if not approved. Our cleaners are working hard to get it ready for your arrival.
Check-Out: Check-out time is scheduled by 10:00am. Late check-outs must be pre-approved, are not guaranteed, and may incur an extra fee. There is a tight cleaning schedule between guests. If you overstay your check-out time you will incur a fee of $75/hour.
Check-Out Procedure: We ask that you leave the premises in the same general condition as it was found. Please do the following upon check-out:
1) Bag your garbage and recycling and take it to the blue (trash) or yellow (recycling) bins on the side of the house.
2) Leave all sheets and other bedding on its assigned bed. Place dirty towels in a neat pile on the bathroom floors.
3) Wash dirty dishes or place in dishwasher and start the wash cycle. Do not leave dirty dishes in unit.
4) Leave all furniture arranged as originally found.
5) Check all drawers and closets for personal items.
6) Clean out all refrigerators and freezers.
7) Lock all windows and doors. CLOSE ALL BLINDS.
8) Set thermostat to a seasonably appropriate temperature.
9) Property inspections will be made after check-out. There will be a charge if the above procedures are not followed or any damage is found.
Furnishings: Basic equipment and furnishings for a comfortable vacation are provided. If you move furniture while occupying the property, you must return furniture to its original position prior to departure. Do not remove furniture (including patio furniture) from the property. Property Descriptions: Rates, descriptions, bed sizes, inventories, and furnishings are subject to change without notice. Neither the rental agent nor the owner will be obligated to provide replacements or give refunds for failure or absence of any items.
Linens/Towels & Supplies: A limited number of bath, beach, and kitchen towels are provided. With the exception of beach towels (returned to unit upon use), no towels are to be removed from the unit. A starter supply of paper products and soap will be supplied in your unit. You will be responsible for additional supplies during your stay.
Maximum Occupancy: The MAXIMUM number of overnight guests is determined based on the unit size and is listed in the listing details. At any time, no more than the listed maximum number of guests may be in the home unless prior approval is provided. Additional charges may apply.
Age Requirement: The person reserving the unit must be a minimum of 25 years of age and must occupy the property the entire length of the reservation.
Events: Guests are not permitted to hold events at the house. An event is defined as any gathering of people over the maximum occupancy of the unit(s) you are renting. If a guest is found to have held an unauthorized event at the property as defined above, they are subject to immediate eviction with no refund and/or fines for the damage or use of the property for such event.
Decor and Personal Items: Tents, canopies, blow-up pools, or any similar items are not allowed to be setup anywhere on the property or decks. No decor, banners or signs are allowed to be taped or hung anywhere on the property inside or outside.
