Important Property Maintenance Notice

This home is undergoing a phased renovation throughout the year to enhance the property. As a result, certain rooms or areas of the home may be temporarily unavailable during your stay.

No construction or maintenance work will take place while guests are occupying the home. All work will be scheduled between reservations whenever possible. However, to allow renovations to continue efficiently, designated areas may remain closed and inaccessible to guests until the work is complete.

Any unavailable areas will be clearly identified in the listing description and are not included as part of the rental. The remainder of the home will be fully cleaned, inspected, and ready for your stay.

Normal Wear and Tear: This is a privately owned home, not a newly constructed property. While we take great pride in maintaining the home and addressing repairs as they arise, normal wear and tear is to be expected in any actively used residence. Minor cosmetic imperfections, signs of age, ordinary settling, and routine wear that do not affect the safety, habitability, or intended use of the property shall not constitute a defect or misrepresentation and are not grounds for a refund, credit, discount, or cancellation. By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that normal wear and tear is inherent to a well-maintained vacation rental and agree that such conditions do not warrant compensation.
