Great listing with all the amenities of home which include appliances, pots, pans, dishes & silverware, comfortable beds, dishwasher,washer & dryer. We provide an iron and ironing board along with hair dryer. The home is located on a quiet cove close to family-friendly activities, restaurants & shopping. Only minutes from all area military bases & 25 minute drive to North Top Sail Beach. We also offer free internet and Spectrum tv for your viewing. We are pet friendly when notified!
The space
Two bedroom duplex with full kitchen that is stocked for cooking any meal. Laundry room area has full size washer/dryer across from bathroom.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to the entire property including backyard and patio furniture.
Other things to note
Absolutely no pets on the furniture. Pets must be crated if left alone and please clean up behind pet in the yard. Please be sure to clean all dishes or rinse dishes thoroughly and place in dishwasher before check out and put dirty linen in laundry basket. Garbage must be pulled to the curb on Monday nights.
