This Extended Stay Hotel was quite nice, Comparable to Any Hilton/Hampton, Holiday Inn Express, and Similar Upscale Properties not offering Room Service and the like. The entire Staff, from Management to Front Desk Personnel, Housekeeping & Maintenance were super friendly and professional, Especially Tonja, The Manager onsite. The location, on the South Bank of The St. Johns River in Jacksonville, was mighty convenient to area Attractions, Shopping, Parks & Restaurants. I will highly recommend this property to Anyone who requires & desires the amenities of an extended stay hotel. It's definitely a lot of bang for the buck!

It’s in a rough neighborhood. Homeless people asking you for cigarettes as you get out of the car. Also a few for parking is added on at time of arrival that isn’t advertised or the $100 deposit either.
