It wasn't so bad.People were pretty nice, but the place really does need an upgrade.And the lastay in that I was really does.Name abraham and cleanness
Room was not as advertised. It was missing the sofa bed. Outlets did not work in the bathroom. TV did not work and remote was missing. Took forever to let us in, despite calling twice. Place was very dirty and had bugs, including a roach. Entry reeked of skunk. We spent less than 30 mins there and demanded our money back. As we were leaving, a truck pulled up and a lady of the night left a car and got into the truck. Did not feel comfortable on the property, felt gross after dealing with the dirty floors and bugs. Attendant was friendly and tried to help - she was the only redeeming quality of the hotel.
The sofa bed provided was not usable. I informed the concierge and they knew about it. They didn't offer to replace it.
The formica on the kitchen countertop was peeling off. This was informed as well. No indication that something could be done.
We didn't try to use the kitchen at all. Refrigerator was working but exterior surface was rusted.

Kitchenette was not as advertised, the room smelled old and outdated. Staff was slow coming for check-in. Carpet on the floors need to be replaced, elevator looks disgusting and floor was dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Wouldn't stay again
Staff was very friendly but the room was not clean. The carpet was filthy and stained. Pull out couch mattress was all springs and was extremely gross and stained. The tv signal was in and out. Also smoke alarm was missing in the room. The halls were dirty as well.
We stayed for a quick overnight business trip. We chose this hotel strictly on convenient location and price. It was cheap so "you get what you pay for". The property is old and not in the best condition, but at least the room was clean, even if a bit run-down. Staff was friendly during check in, but the check-in hours are limited. If you need a place to crash for the night, it will work - don't plan a vacation there with the family.
Rude staff. Not sure on spelling. Tawana I believe. Moved rooms 5 times. (With staff from rooms 2-5) they witnessed in 2/3 rooms with us cockroaches. Would not refund us or move us to another hotel on their dime. Garbage throughout hallways, blood stains on floors. Will never go back.
The staff here is just amazing. They are very welcome they know who I Am by name they seen and is a nice surprise compared to other places that don't even look at you as a person just as a dollar bill or a headache. I've had no issues in my room is very nice for the price I pay and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody who wants to stay in a convenient location
