Great Location
This house is in a great location inJacksonville. it was accessible to everything we would need on our stay. The house is spacious with plenty of room for the people that it sleeps. The outside is beautifully kept, and it was clean inside.Some of the problems that we had were that we were never given check-in information via email or the VRBO app. The owner was at the property when we got there and still asked us to contact the property manager instead of letting us in immediately and getting a code from whom ever was supposed to send it later. We had to wait outside for them to respond before being able to enter the house. We were still never given any information about Wi-Fi codes check in and out information, etc. we had to ask again for this information and it took quite a while for us to get it. The master bedroom bed was hands-down The most uncomfortable bed we had ever slept on. It is thin and cheap. We ended up having to change rooms after the first night because it was so uncomfortable. The other two rooms did have comfortable We had several other things that we would love to have communicated about with the owner, however when we left a message about the beds and some other things on the VRBO app we never heard anything back from the owner or the management company. Communication was the worst we’ve ever had in all our years of using vacation rentals like this.
