Room and hotel was great but two weeks later there is an incidental charge of $50 pending on my credit card. I checked upon departing and my incidental balance was 0.Yesterday I called Hampton and they confirmed no additional charges were incurred and suggested a third party submitted it. Should this be posted I will dispute it and am unsure of ever using Hotels.com

We were upgraded from a standard room to a suite because the room was not completely cleaned. The suite was clean and comfy. All the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. I would recommend Hampton Inn Amelia Island Historic Harbor Front to family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was very clean and neat.the people that worked there were very helpful friendly and could not do enough for you to make sure you had everything you needed and your stay was enjoy able 😊 the staff was amazing.I had the best time .They evenlent me a wheelchair so my friend could get where we wanted to go.
