The staff was wonderful, the bed was very comfortable and tge breakfast was ok. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the roaches i saw in the bathrrom. But the hotel addressed it right away. Sadly my room smelled like peppermint the rest of my stay. I would haved loved too been offere a different room or at least a discount for my little friends (roaches) that shared my room.

Second stay in a month. Always clean-room and common areas. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast with a good variety. Per my husband "you have to try the scones" The woman who did the breakfast most mornings was amazing. I mentioned a dietary preference. She not only accomodaed it, but remembered it 2 days later. This will be our go to hotel when we travel to Jacksonville.

The hotel was easy to find and Tamra at the front desk was amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious and comfy. Convenient to walk to restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Overall good value.

Friendly staff. Pool being worked on so couldn’t use that but we enjoyed the outdoor sitting area by the fountain. Mostly clean. Nice, well-stocked breakfast. Good value for the price overall.
