The home is in Historic Springfield, a vibrant, up-and-coming neighborhood known for its beautiful old homes, murals, and local arts community. Some houses nearby are still under renovation, and you may see construction activity. 🐾We welcome up to 2 small dogs or 2 cats (added to the reservation).
⚠️ For insurance reasons, certain breeds (German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Akita, Stafford Terrier, Doberman, Great Dane, Rottweiler) cannot be accommodated.
Pets must be house-trained.
Crates required if left unattended.

No smoking inside and no parties. An $800 fine will be charged as an admin fee and it will result in immediate cancellation for breaking these rules.
Pets may stay alone in the house only if house trained or in crate. Dogs/50 lbs or less must be approved, and added to the reservation with a pet fee
