I’m only giving such a low rating, due to the shower not being thoroughly clean. There was still some dirty residue in some of the corners, and there was also questionable mold growing in the top corners of the shower. Other than that, the property and hotel was clean, and the staff was super nice. The bed was extremely firm and super uncomfortable to sleep on, so I got very little sleep during my stay. But if you love an extremely firm hard mattress, room 208 has the perfect bed for you by the window. They have the TV channels printed out on a piece of paper and that paper is laminated. However, the paper getting laminated was an after thought once it was wet, due to having black mold growing on the back of the paper inside the lamination. Needs to be thrown away ASAP! Needless to say, I did not touch that thing after seeing that, nor did I set any of my stuff on the table it was on. Great location on being close to the arena and other spots in Jacksonville. Love that the property locks the lobby doors at 10PM, so you’ll have to use your key card to get in. If it wasn’t for the shower, mattress, and TV channel flier. I would’ve give it 5 stars.

I had to be moved 3 times because of the rooms being dirty( blood on the floor, make up on sheets, water on the floor from fridge leaking, freezer moldy) I have pictures. I can say the staff was pleasant and moved me from room to room without an issue.
