I booked this stay an hr before getting to the hotel. The app automatically changed the date to the following day, I had put in the correct date initially. I realized it with the confirmation text right away. I called the hotel and they directed me to expedia. I called expedia and after 40 minutes of sitting in the parking lot of the hotel, the Expedia rep told me it would be taken care of and to rebook again. I rebooked, and this time paid attention to the site…it changed the date again. We checked in and the hotel desk agent said this was a common problem, and that the hotel would not charge me for the first reservation. Two days later I got an email saying that I would not get my refund.

Staff was very nice. However our bathroom had mold along the tub and floor. Also, there was not hot water when I took a shower this morning. Everything else in room was very clean. Would recommend again.
