The hotel and property is beautiful and there’s a guy who works hard to keep everything clean and straight HOWEVER, there was a strong sewer smell around the property and it would be so strong in the morning . I hated waking up to the smell of sewer and I definitely did not pay or sign up for that. I also did not like that housekeeping comes every other day , we are a somewhat big family so it was hard not having the room cleaned daily. The overnight customer service was also a little wanting, it felt as if we were bothering the customer service rep whenever we approached the desk.

Showing its age, hidden charges.

Charge $10/day for parking which wasn’t mentioned upon booking. Tv worn out, lots of stains in carpet and furniture. Time for a refurbishment. Tru in same area is cheaper and nearly new, also no charge for parking, we stayed there a week ago.
