We had to move rooms due to toilet would not flush. We talked to the front desk person and she called maintenance they were working in another room but would finish and come to our room. We went out to dinner came back a few hours later to find out the maintenance crew went home without fixing or even looking at our room. Very frustrating. Front desk person last night was very busy with other maintenance issues either from the phone or folks in the lobby. One person left the hotel due to an issue to their room. She was doing her best but every time she tried to call or reach maintenance they would not respond to her. Apparently it was after hours for the maintenance folks. Are they not on call? The front desk person said the maintenance would be in the next day 830 or 9 and come to the room but it was our morning to sleep in. It was a crazy evening for us. We were staying 4 nights and had to have a working toilet. Very disappointed in maintenance. Very proud of all your front desk folks handling all the maintenance issues/phone and folks in the lobby. She was so busy I went and checked the new room they were moving us to make sure the toilet was in working order. When we got back from dinner and it was about 1.5 hours of us waiting through the whole process before we were settled in our new room. Breakfasts was not good tatter tots for potatoes eggs horrible. Outdoor trash outside of front door was never emptied and hotel has a small weird odor.

Clean and well kept hotel. Each morning offered different breakfast choices. Laundry facility was clean with proper working machines. We would’ve liked to have stayed longer but the mall traffic during Thanksgiving/Black Friday was a bit much.

The hotel was an older facility but you would not know that from the pictures. The HVAC in my room was very loud when it was running. When I asked about it, the front desk people were aware of the problem and said all of the units made noises. There was long hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good and it is located near a lot of stores.
