This southside 4th floor, two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo has a upgraded Kitchen. It has newer carpet throughout. This unit now has Plantation Shutters in the Master Bedroom which is a wonderful enhancement to help keep the sun out of your eyes early in the morning! The living room television has been upgraded to 58" smart tv. It has sleeping arrangements for 6 guests. It has a spacious, private balcony and really a wonderful view of the ocean. The complex offers private balconies, ocean side pool, security gate and a short walk to the beach! Parking available for two vehicles. Wireless Internet is available in this condo!

Wonderful view. Furnishings dated, tv small and not HD. Balcony dirty. Think you can do better with other properties elsewhere in Amelia South or on island.

Pleasant apartment with great view. Needs a few touch up maintenance repairs but on the whole, a very enjoyable place to stay. Easy access to the beach facilitated our daily 3 mile beach walks and over the course of 3 1/2 weeks we met many very nice visitors. Fernandina Beach is a short drive away, as is shopping, movies and theater.
