50 steps to the white sandy beach. Oceanfront condo superbly renovated. Designed as 2 primary suites each with a king bed and private bathroom. This 4th floor two bedroom, two bath ocean front unit with amazing views of the ocean and beach! Two pools and four tennis courts on property for your enjoyment at this well-appointed community and in WALKING DISTANCE TO THE RITZ-CARLTON AMELIA ISLAND!

The condominium association is currently planning a community improvement project expected to begin on or around August 17, 2026, with an anticipated duration of approximately 14 months.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Guests may experience intermittent construction activity and associated noise during their stay. The planned improvements include:
Repairing and coating the breezeways, the balconies & the building along with replacing the breezeway and balcony railings.

What You Can Expect:
While both pools, beach access and other property amenities will be open as usual during the project, guests should expect construction activity, including construction-related noise. The construction schedule is developed and managed by the condominium association in coordination with its contractor.
Based on the current plan:
Work is generally expected to occur Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Work may occasionally occur outside of those hours if necessary to maintain the project schedule. Construction is expected to progress through the community in phases. First the B Building, then the A Building and finally the C Building. We are in the C Building which is planned to have the balcony and breezeways under renovation from mid-May 2027 through September 2027.

We keep it stocked with all the necessities such as luxury grade towels, all sheets, shampoo, body wash, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, & laundry supplies . We want this to be your home away from home. Just show up and enjoy!

The Amelia Island Parkway cascading live oaks are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, walks on the beach, shopping downtown, plenty of restaurants and a grocery store only 1/2 mile away.
