    Please clean up after your pet. There will be ($250 penalty for any damages from pets). Pet must be trained. There is extra charge for $60 per Pet

    Great base for our quick beach trip

    We came to town to visit my family and spend some time at the beach. The trailer was clean and well maintained. Perfect for our needs. Its a nice quiet neighborhood. While we rarely saw the neighbors, they were friendly when we did.

    The host was EXCELLENT, from our very first encounter. Very helpful and informative and VERY VERY easy to work with and VERY accommodating !!! At first when I arrived I was a little skeptical, I didnt know the area and it was a small trailer park --- but once inside, the single wide was clean and nice. The community was quiet. I met a few of the neighbors my first day while I was walking my dog and everyone was very nice and I felt completely safe. The little pet room was AWESOME!!! (my first trip bringing my large very old dog and was very much appreciated).... the location was absolutely PERFECT - for me-- literally half way between my daughters home in Richlands and where basically everything is in Jacksonville... many conveniently located stores and restaurants!!! I was here for 2 weeks to keep my grandson and everything fit my needs for the length of my stay. I am very grateful to Jessica for helping me to be able to come and stay for a very reasonable price in order to help my daughter.

    Wonderful!

    It was so homey and great. Honestly pulling up I was skeptical of the trailer. But once I stepped inside, every doubt ran away! I was thankful that this rental was the one that worked out. The neighbors were quiet. The host was extremely accommodating. I could not recommend this place more!

    Great stay

    It was a nice mobile home. It had beautiful decorations. They supplied pretty much everything that you would need for a couple of days. Just bring your food & clothes & you are good to go.
