The room has bad smell and cant stand it. I dont know it’s because of old room . Also the refrigerator is noisy whole night and cant sleep well.

Our room was probably one of the smaller on the property. While small it did come with a queen size bed, a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The water pressure wasn’t great but the water was nice and hot. Comfy bed. Great a/c. Staff is really nice. Quick shuttle service from the airport once you call. We didn’t make it to breakfast.

The bathroom sucked. Shower stahl was a mess. Shower curtain did not protect the floor. Poor plumbing. Towel rack was on the other side of bathroom. Pretty rediculous room. Lack of electrical outlets. I should ask for a refund.

The room I had was nice, clean and well designed. My only complaint would be the bathroom sink, no vanity or shel to rest items? That was strap. Parking is nicely lit and feels safe. It’s in a good area I thought. Over all, I will definitely stay here again when I need a spot traveling to Jacksonville.

Left after 45 minutes and trying three rooms, all were dirty - and smelled of cigarettes as ‘non-smoking’ rooms. No allowance for having to leave. Refund, but no recompense for a wasted two hours. Bad scene.

I’ve stayed 2 times in this hotel, is the less expensive in the area with better reviews. It’s not bad, mostly if it’s for a short period of time (1-2 nights). This time they charged me 6 dollars for the parking.
