Best of all it is a ground floor flat with a serene view of the pond. Just beyond the pond is a pool, tennis and racquetball.

This ground floor flat is perfect for those with mobility issues. It is very convenient for bringing in groceries as well as going to the beach. No lugging items up stairs. And if you have a large crowd, we also own the unit across the hall with the same floor plan (#3339511).

The newly renovated kitchen is up-to-date with all new quartz countertops and new cabinets. It has all the daily essentials and is well equipped for cooking in. There is dining for six that opens to the living area with a large flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors open to a patio where you can enjoy morning coffee with a beautiful shaded view.

The master bedroom has a king bed and updated en suite bathroom with a changing area with double sinks and quartz countertops. This bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second updated full bath off the hallway with a shower/tub combination. All bedrooms include their own TV.

The unit includes a full size washer and dryer.
