I understand it was a festival weekend and when I called around 10 am to ask if early check in was available I was told “that’s not going to happen the hotel had 109 departures that afternoon and none of the guest had even left. Which I am very understanding about and don’t expect an early check in. I’ve stayed in the hotel multiple time and continue to be a patron. This stay was less than pleasant. I was charged an additional 10$ to park at the hotel that I am a paying guest at. There weren’t very many guest in the hotel. I counted maybe 25 cars in the very large lot. I had to call the front desk to inquire about the WI FI password and how to use the new Roku television. That I was told the staff wasn’t knowledgeable about. She did offer to assist me but I declined and figured it out. When I retired to take a bath the products in the shower were half used and had pubic hair on them. I walked to the pizzeria which is amazing, and had to ask for cups from the restaurant since those were not provided in the room. I was also displeased that my room was adjacent to a public pickleball court that was being used pretty late into the evening and at 7 a.m. I would love to continue to offer my business to this establishment since it is my preferred place to stay while visiting the beach. I would like a more knowledgeable and friendly staff and a clean room. Maybe set reasonable hours on a very noisy sport outside of the rooms.
