Ocean Place will begin the final phase of an exterior renovation project starting March 16, 2026, with construction anticipated to continue through September 2026. During this time, work may include balcony railing replacement, exterior painting, caulking, and other cosmetic improvements to the buildings. If balcony work directly impacts this unit, the property may be temporarily unavailable for rentals during that portion of the project.
