This property is in a decent location with ocean view. Parking was fine since it was after the Labor Day rush. The condo furniture and rugs were dirty, and the living room couch and chairs were broken and very lumpy and in a very used condition. There is no closet in the master bedroom (not sure why since a bedroom needs to have a closet to be called a bedroom) but there is a shelf/cabinet you can put things on and in. The exterminator came when we were there, and he left trails of bug spray all over the floors and we stepped it in before we realized what it was. The washer and dryer are tiny and you are not allowed to wash beach towels in the washer but are instructed to use the laundromat down the street. All in all- I would not rent this property again for the price I paid.

A gorgeous stay on Amelia Island

We had a wonderful week long stay at Sand Dollar Villas! The condo had everything we needed and so very comfortable and beyond clean!!! A balcony with ocean view and a two min walk to a lovely beach. Communication with Karl was spot on. Will look forward to staying at this property again. Thank you Amelia Island!

It was just as described and a beautiful place to stay. Karl was very nice with quick responses to my questions. It was very clean with easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.
