The ground-floor location offers both easy access and incredible oceanfront views, making this the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. This cozy coastal retreat is enhanced by soothing colors and stylish décor throughout, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment you enter.

The fully equipped, renovated kitchen offers everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and a large dining table comfortably seats 6, making the perfect spot for family meals or entertaining guests.

The spacious living room features two comfortable white sofas and an oversized chair, thoughtfully arranged to take full advantage of the stunning beachfront views. Whether you're relaxing or catching up on your favorite shows, the calming ocean sounds and coastal artwork create an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity.

In the master bedroom, a comfortable queen bed is adorned with coastal decor, along with a tranquil en suite bath with double sinks, walk-in shower, and large closet. Large glass sliders lead directly to the patio, allowing you to step outside and breathe in the fresh ocean air and enjoy the beautiful sunrises!

Two full beds in the guest bedroom provide ample space for additional guests or family members. The adjacent guest bathroom is also equipped with a walk-in shower, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.

Outside, the double-width private patio offers adirondack seating on one side where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and scenic views, plus an outdoor dining table on the other side for al fresco meals, with a touch of privacy while looking out over the beach and the lush grassy area leading to the dunes.

This condo is just steps from the beach! The Sailmaker boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier access for bikes, baby strollers, wheeled coolers, beach wagons, etc. The Sailmaker pool is just a short distance from the villa and the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade from the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around in the pool.

Guests can also purchase access to the Summer Beach Club conveniently located inside the Summer Beach Village Community. Complete with a large ocean front pool, a snack bar open during peak season, and recently renovated tennis and pickle ball courts, this exclusive access truly makes for the most relaxing fun filled vacation! This also gives guests access to book tee times at the Golf Club of Amelia Island! The Summer Beach Village community is just steps away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops, and spa.

This is a really nice condo in a very family friendly environment. The beach is incredible with easy access right in front of the condo. Great view from the covered patio. The management is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back next year!

Hurricane Relief

My mom and I booked at the last minute after we lost power and water from Hurricane Helene. I chose this place because they accepted pets but we ended up not bringing our dog but for one night because my husband stayed back. It was just as pictured and there were pets everywhere which is hard to find on Amelia. While mom could not walk all the way to the beach because of the semi-steep sand dune, she was able to walk down the boardwalk to sit on the bench and loved that it didn’t have steps.

On the beach!

Beautiful condo close to the boardwalk access to the beach! The outdoor furniture was comfortable so made it an additional living space. For those traveling with babies or toddlers there is a pack-n-play available. Great communication with the property manager as well.

Hurricane Debby

Hurricane Debby came through while we were there. Lights and A/C blinked several times, we were not sure of its reliability so we relocated to a hotel for a night. Owner seemed to think we were overreacting to the H1 calling our observations “surprising”. My husband’s flight to come in was cancelled, but insisted we relocate. Glad we made the choice we did. The view of the beach from the back porch is greatly obstructed by an enormous bush - a real scene spoiler. The actual beach at Amelia is hard to beat however. We met lots of friendly people as we always do when we go.

Brought my mom for a long weekend to celebrate her birthday and also retirement. It was our first time to Amelia island and we will be back for sure! The place was exactly as described, great location, quick walk to the beach! Super clean and had all the necessities. Beautiful long weekend getaway

This property made for a beautiful long weekend getaway for a group of women. Very easy to locate, well appointed property, and beautifully decorated. Convenient first floor walk-out access to the boardwalk down to the beach. We loved watching an afternoon storm roll in from the covered back patio. Would recommend for a relaxing, beach focused getaway!

Nice Condo Some refrigeration issues ( refrigerator doors were completely closed). Noticed that the condo grounds are not as lush as in the past. The grass very sparse in spots as if not being watered.
