Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This property is not as pictured in the listing. The pictures are outdated and do not show the dirt, water stains, bugs, rust, paint patches, pee smelling rugs, janky front door lock, and a host of other issues that you would not expect from a “luxury condo.” The elevator is very run down. The after hours service was zero help when I could not find the unit, because it is not properly labeled and there is no way of knowing exactly where it is without just guessing. I was not listed under the correct unit when I went to check in at the front gate so it was very difficult to get checked in. Idk if any of this is an owner or rental agency problem, or both, but I would not recommend spending the absorbative rate for this rental.
