The entire home is private. Guests have access to the neighborhood pool and pickleball courts.

Parking is free, with space for vehicles in the driveway and directly in front of the home (please avoid parking in front of neighbors` houses).

The Sanctuary is located in a peaceful subdivision with community amenities, including a pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and a playground. It’s a safe, walkable neighborhood—perfect for a stroll around the block or walking to enjoy the amenities.

Parking is limited to the driveway and the street directly in front of this home. Please do not park in front of neighbors’ houses or driveways.

For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the home, and footage is only reviewed if there is a reason for concern or to verify a reported issue.

We provide a starter supply of essentials to last approximately 4 days — just to help you settle in comfortably.

Please note: There are outdoor security cameras on the property for insurance and safety purposes. These are owner-operated and located only on the exterior.

The number of guests that you registered for is the maximum number of guests allowed in the home. You will be charged $50 per additional guest per night and will be at risk of being asked to leave due to violating rules.

Let us know if you`re traveling with an infant or small child and need a playpen or high chair.

No smoking or vaping or drugs of any kind. If this is violated, you will be charged $500.00 and any extra cleaning costs incurred.

Pets are not allowed.

No parties or events. If in doubt, ask us. This is a neighborhood and therefore we are respectful of the noise level.

Three vehicles are allowed. Parking is limited to the driveway and the space on the street in front of our house/driveway. Street parking should be in the direction of the flow of traffic.

If you see any issues upon arrival or during your stay, please let us know so that we can tend to it immediately. We want your stay to be fabulous.

CHECK IN IS 4:00 pm.
CHECK OUT IS 10:00 am.

PRIOR TO CHECK OUT: Easy peezy. Leave beds unmade. Place all other linens in laundry room. Load dishwasher. Take trash to outdoor trashcans.

Walk-through video and photos have been taken by cleaning crew prior to each stay to ensure property is cleaned to our standard. Guests will be charged for damages, missing items, and any extra cleaning fees incurred due to irresponsibility. Our desire is for each guest to experience staying in our home with the same high standard of care and attention to details as the guests prior.
