Pros - this property is very pretty and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The linens provided were amazing. The kitchen and living space are all very clean. The large rain showerhead was strong and hot. The host was very responsive (more than any other host I have worked with over 3 dozen VRBO stays in the past couple of years). The appliances were new, and the laundry unit was sufficient. For awareness, the property has steep stairs. It is a studio, not a 1-bedroom (the bed is visible from the kitchen). My one concern with the property (and why we left halfway through our planned 10 night stay) is that there is a significant amount of light coming into the unit overnight. The host did turn off the twinkle lights wrapped around the trees, but a motion spotlight was not turned off and it lit up the room as if it was mid-day at least once an hour. My husband slept through this, but I could not so we decided to remove ourselves to a local Marriott, without a refund. I am including a photo taken at 2:30 in the morning from the bed, the reflection in the TV in the living room was from light coming in through the beautiful but uncovered windows in the entry way stairs.
