Beginning mid-March 2025, the complex will undergo required structural repairs, including concrete and steel work, stucco, and painting. These updates are part of Florida's new safety regulations following the 2024 milestone study and are essential to maintaining the building's integrity.

Work will focus on staircases and balconies and will take place Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, with no weekend activity. Although repairs on this balcony are complete, stucco and painting are still ongoing for the complex. The project is expected to continue through Memorial Day Weekend 2026.
