The open floor plan provides a spacious feel and leads you to the massive screened in desk with a tropical wooded view. The condo also has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more! Amenities include a pool and tennis courts. The condo is fully stocked for cooking including a kitchen table that seats up to 6 and washer and dryer. High speed internet and 2 smart TV's. First building in the complex.

This is a first-floor unit and the first building as you enter the complex which offers quick and easy access. Two bedrooms each with a Queen bed and two full bathrooms. Hardwood floor throughout. Stainless steel appliances (stove and dishwasher). Fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig and regular coffee pot. Xfinity High Speed internet. Smart tv in living room and primary bedroom. Large screened in deck overlooking woods, accessible from the living room and primary bedroom. The pool is 20 feet from the condo with a wooded walking path to the beach, plus tennis courts.
