When we arrived police were in the parking lot. Most of the other people staying at the property appeared to be homeless living in the rooms with their pets. The keycards only worked for a few hours after they were updated so we had to get new keycards every day of our stay. There was a lot of people randomly hanging out on the street milling about and a lot of police presence in the area after dark. Our room was also not swept very clean, sheets had blood stains and cigarette burns in them. There was also a condom (still in its wrapper, not used thankfully) sitting on top of the closet that was also not cleaned up. On top of all that we tried to check out early because our house move in was earlier than expected and they gave us a hard time and refused to credit us back for the unused nights because we had booked it via Expedia, even though we paid them directly.
