Living space
The two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse is arranged for comfort and connection. The living area is bright and open, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and inviting seating that encourages conversation, reading, or a relaxed night in with the TV. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help keep the space comfortable year-round, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed. A private entrance allows you to come and go with ease.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides space to cook your own meals at your own pace, with full-size appliances and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or gathering around the dining table in the evening, the layout supports shared meals and easy conversation. A coffee maker and toaster are available for simple morning routines, and barbecue utensils are provided for use with the grill outdoors.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed, dresser, and TV, offering a quiet place to recharge at the end of the day. The guest bedroom includes two double beds, giving flexible sleeping arrangements within the home’s maximum occupancy of four guests. Upstairs, a loft area with a queen futon serves as an additional nook for reading or resting during the day. Bed linens, essentials, hangers, and an iron are provided, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

Bathrooms
Two full baths include bathroom essentials, hot water, and a bathtub - helpful after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

The screened porch looks out over open marsh views that shift subtly with the light. It’s a peaceful place to sit with a book or enjoy a quiet meal outdoors. A patio or balcony area and backyard space extend the setting, and free parking on premises - 2 spaces - makes arrivals simple.

Located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, the home includes access to the community pool and the beach access point. After time by the water, you can return to the privacy of the gated community and the slower pace of the marsh.
