Guests will also enjoy access to the Shipwatch Villas’ private pool and direct beach access, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, the villa provides everything you need to unwind and experience the best of Amelia Island.



Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so pack light! Each sink in unit will come with hand soap, as well as bath, hand, and wash rags.



Your reservation will include a starter pack of dish detergent and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/wash rags for dishes, dish soaps, and a sponge.

Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the heated pool within the complex, as well as direct beach access. Amelia Island Plantation encompasses over 1,350 acres which means endless amount of exploring! You’ll find some of the best parks and trails on Amelia Island, like Drummond Point Park. Explore Walker's Landing, winding trails and offers views of the salt marsh from land and lead you to the Indian Mound, a burial site and a sacred location in the Timucuan Indian Heritage. Shops at the Omni are located a short drive away.

Check-In Information:



All properties feature self-check-in.

Check-in instructions will be emailed 5 days before your arrival.

Your door code will be sent via email on the day of arrival.

Deposit Information:



A $500 hold is placed on the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, provided no damage is reported.

Additional Fees:



Bookings exceeding 30 days may incur extra cleaning fees and an additional security deposit.

Refunds and Cancellations:



10% of the booking fee is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations made 61 days or more before the reservation date will receive a 90% refund.

Cancellations made 31-60 days before the reservation date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.

Separate cancellation coverage may be available from third-party vendors.



Interaction with Guests:

This rental utilizes a keyless entry system. Your access code will be sent via email and text on the afternoon of your arrival.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Fernandina Beach condo is smoke free.
