I paid for a single queen room with a river view and was given 2 queen beds with a view of the parking lot. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and they were stingy with the towels. The linens on the bed were stained, like come on.

Filthy, from the hallways to the room. Crumbs on the floor, a hair on the counter, dust in the cabinets. Parking was scary. Water in shower was either scorching or freezing.

I love the fact it had the river view but hated the fact that my bed was very old and uncomfortable the room never got cold. I had to keep the a/c on 61 degrees and it still was cold. The ice machine was broke on every floor except 4.

This was a convenient overnight stay before sailing out for our honeymoon. Staff was great just need to provide more towels/washclothes instead of having tonreuest them.

Our room had no towels at all. I called in the morning to get towels and was told housekeeping does not come in till 9 am butni could come to the front desk and get my towels. Also our room was not clean, there was a half bottle of water and a beef jerky wrapper on the floor next to the bed. Neither was ours. The complimentary items in the bathroom was empty. There was no toliet paper left for us to change out the empty toliet paper holder. The hotel walking in looked nice but i would never stay there again. I expected more from Marriott since I am a rewards member this hotel was not up to the standards I have come to expect from Marriot.
