The hotel was nice. We didn’t go to the bar but it was a very pretty area when you walk in. The river view was nice albeit a little impeded by the restaurant in front. The Chart House was a very nice place to eat though with amazing views so the whole experience was great. I had a very happy birthday weekend getaway!

The Staff & Service personnel were all excellent, friendly and personal. We had a Jr. Suite, but the Suite had no furnishings! (No extra bedding, no paper towels, no desk phone, no alarm clock, no wine glasses, no drinking glasses (other than paper/plastic), no utensils...just to name a few). Luck of the draw? ...our room was directly across from a family that brought their very large and loud dog...which barked for quite a long time. In addition, we experienced an Expedia issue - we were promised as part of our booking "a Jr. Suite with partial water view"...upon arrival, we were informed that ALL Jr. Suites were located on the 1st floor, therefore, we were not afforded the opportunity to have any water view!..which was a big reason we decided to choose Expedia.

Miss Dee at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. She was able to accommodate us and spent a little bit of extra time working with us. The bartenders at the small bar were very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Breakfast was delicious and everybody was hustling to get a lot of folks fed. Everybody had a great attitude.

Older property but everything was clean and all the staff was friendly. Walking distance to lots of yummy food and the water taxie which we used to see a show and skip the parking chaos. Only negative was the water in the shower was unpredictable. In order to get it warm you had to turn the handle all the way to hot but then keep a close eye on it and move it back to the cold section when it wS the right temperature. If you didnt catch it in time then the water would be scolding and youd have to turn the water all the way off for it to reset because it wouldnt cool down any other way.

Great location and restaurant

The bar restaurant was excellent and the service was great. Very clean with friendly staff, very conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. Our only complaint was that we could hear the neighbors every movement until we turned the air conditioner on high to drown the noise out.
