Hotel Dated . Rooms were clean but staff was cheap on towels. Carpet in hallways needs replacing. Elevators were jerky and doors closed to quick. Could not use the pool beacause they were jack hammering and noise and dust everywhere, no 24 hour coffee , hotel was under construction everywhere. Not up to the Marriott brand.

The staff went above and beyond. They were very accommodating and helpful. I didnt give five stars because i had no idea it was pet friendly and walking through the lobby, in evening wear, dodging poop was unexpected.

The open atrium with tables and bar and alcoves with fresh water and morning coffee created a friendly and accessible atmosphere. It's proximity to the riverwalk was an invitation to stroll and admire the St. John's river - especially the downtown lights in the evening.
