Very disappointed customer!!!

We will put on the third floor and as soon as you stepped out of the elevator, it had a horrible odor of urine and feces. I immediately went down to the front desk to let the young lady know about it. Nothing was ever done, and my husband ended up talking to one of the janitors guys that worked there that were doing the cleaning. And he informed my husband that that was an elderly lady that lived on the floor and they have been there for a while and that she had used the restroom on the carpet quite a few times and that the hotel was aware of it. Now this was my second time staying there and the first time was absolutely wonderful. So that’s why I chose to stay there again. And had planned on staying there at least 3 to 4 more times because my son plays with the Jacksonville sharks and it was a pleasant place to stay. As well be close to where we need to be to get to his games. But after this last visit, I will not be staying there again. Because I feel that I paid too much money to have to walk into a hallway and smell that for over four days and absolutely nothing be done about it. And if you were already aware of the situation, then you shouldn’t have never put guest on that floor, much. And when I came and told you about it, you acted like you had no idea what I was talking about. Very disappointed with this last visit. So I will be looking for somewhere else to stay from here on out.

U can’t really cook in the kitchen the hot plates don’t get hot enough and cut off if they get to hot I really thinks this needs attention other than that my stay was awesome

Upon check in found roaches in first room, bed broke in second room. The smell of sewage in our room. Dirty floors and trash in hallways. The lobby floors seemed to never be a priority, because they never mopped them, for as much I could see. I loved the location but hated my choice in hotels.
