Amazing view right on the ocean at South Jacksonville Beach, FL. Four bedroom, 3 bath, can accommodate 8 easily. Two bedrooms have king sized beds, third bedroom has twin bunk beds, fourth bedroom has twin & double bunk bed. Bath in master bedroom, second bath easily accessed in hallway, third bath in back bedroom. Large open area with kitchen, dining and living area all facing the ocean. Large game and entertainment room with TV in the back. Huge porch overlooking the ocean, partially covered but also great for sunbathing. Second floor condo accessed by inside stairs. Minimum age 25.

Can’t say enough about this rental! Spectacular views from inside and out. Perfectly clean with everything you could possibly need to cool and eat in - pots pans, coffee maker and Kerig / And if you want to eat out tons of options to walk, drive or Uber to etc. Equip with nice beach towels and chairs. The beach is flat and perfect for long walks and so it the surrounding neighborhood. Nice walk to beach boutiques could even walk to Trader Joe’s. Loved the kitchen den layout that opened right to the porch. Spacious bedrooms. Cozy beach decor throughout. Host was amazing and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful place just steps from the beach in a great area on Jax beach. Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance (and the pier as well). The home was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable with a stocked kitchen if you plan to cook. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and the use of the beach chairs. I would stay here again for sure!

Great location! I frequent JAX on a regular basis and will def be booking this location when I want a great location on Jax Beach and need "A lot" of room for 8 grown adults! Also, very child friendly (have a portable crib on site). I will say if you have a larger vehicle (I have a F250) It can be a little of a challenge getting in and out of the property which is a shared parking lot with only one entrance and exit and no turn-around once to the parking lot. I had to back in from the road and fully retract my mirrors. Thank goodness for my back-up camera.

This was our first trip to Florida for vacation. The pictures posted doesn't come close to how amazing this condo is! The condo has everything and more that our family of four could want. Location is perfect! We already are waiting for the calendar to open for next year so we can book our next years family vacation!

Great condo with easy access to the beach.The property comes with many beach supplies.I assumed the extra towels and such would be in the master bedroom closet.They were not .apparently they are kept in the second bedroom’s closet…so nose around if you are missing something!The master bathroom has a tub for bathing small children but is old.The second bathroom is newly remodeled and very nice.The third bathroom is a tiny basement type bathroom yet functional .Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few times.Parking is extremely tight. Beware if you drive a larger car.The unit comes with 3 parking spots. We only needed 2 the third provided us extra space to maneuver around.Great balcony view!Overall, we were very pleased with our stayThe items I listed weren’t complaints just informativeIf we ever go back to Jacksonville Beach, we will look this condo up for availability

We come every year to Jax Beach for spring break to visit family and this was the best rental yet. Location and view can't be beat, living space layout was excellent. Even had board.games for the kids. We'll be back!
