Fully furnished and elegantly equipped, 327/28 Sandcastles has thought of every little detail. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, flatware, cookware, and utensils. Destination Amelia provides starter supplies, including some dish detergent, paper towels, fresh sponges, and coffee for guests. The dining area seats four guests for meal time.

The split floor plan allows for maximum privacy, with the primary king bedroom on the left and the second bedroom with the two beds on the right. Both have private balconies, remote work stations, clothing storage, TVs, and attached full bathrooms with shower/tub combos and two vanity areas.

The Sandcastles complex offers a gorgeous oceanside pool and a direct path out to the beach. Guests can easily walk next door to the Omni Amelia Island Resort hotel tucked within the AIP. The hotel has dining, shopping, and spa services next door and at their shopping village by the AIP gate entrance. Altogether, the AIP sprawls across 1,340 acres and is truly a paradise of maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches.

*Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests. However, all three Beach Wood complex pools and the resort dining, shopping, bike rentals, spa services, and parks are accessible with this stay. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
