The unit was just the right size for our young family of five. The property is in a great central location. The pool and beach access were super convenient. We had a brief power outage due to weather and property management communicated well throughout and the issue was resolved quickly.

Awesome condo for a girls weekend or family trip. Balcony overlooking the ocean with table & chairs for coffee/breakfast or cocktails in the evening. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our visit! It has awesome sunrise views! My only thing that I wish they would do is to replace the screen door to the balcony (there's not one) & be able to open the windows, It would be nice to open the doors & windows to enjoy the sounds of the ocean, in cooler weather. When you go be aware the elevators are very small. Heads up, use the shopping style cards, they fit great! Thinking we will go back.

Perfect Beach Stay

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at the “Sunrise Symphony”! First, the unit is EXACTLY as presented in the listing- airy, exceptionally clean and uncluttered, quiet (only the sound of the ocean waves - PERFECT). The location cannot be beat- a couple short miles to the charming Fernandina historic/ commercial district. Lots of restaurant options as well as charming shops offering a wide range of goods. Of course, beautiful nature is the main attraction in the Fernandina area. In addition to the beautiful beaches, there are numerous nature trails to hike or bike. BEST VACATION EVER!!

Amelia Island Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family. It has two big bedrooms and 2 baths. It had recently been remodled housing a spacious kitchen and dining area and cozy family room. The balcony allows you to listen to waves at night and have a front row seat to beautiful sunrises. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers. It was perfect!!! We will be back.

The overall property was what you would expect at the beach. The grounds were kept nicely manicured. Pool area was nice. Short walk to the beach. The condo was nicely decorated. The kitchen can use some updated pots and pans. The master bedroom mattress is terrible, but we were only there for a week, so it was doable. Overall we enjoyed it.

Great Stay

The condo was great overall. The size was adequate for a family of six although we were at the beach most of the time and mostly used this place to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with most things you would need. The location was great with short drives to downtown and grocery stores. Our only hiccup was the door onob to the main door broke off one afternoon. When I called they sent someone over and had it fixed promptly.minimal beach down time required on my end. All the ladies I talked too where great and helpful.
