The host was accommodating to our early 6am flight that arrived at JAX at 7:30am, allowing us to check in at noon, that was very appreciated! House was lovely and clean. Our family enjoyed the fire pit and we even made s’mores. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach.

Owners are friendly and easy to reach. The house is perfectly described. Our stay was enjoyable. Plenty of space to spread out. Big back yard. Nice sized screen porch area as well. Beds are very comfortable. The daybed in study area is super comfortable as well.

Great place for a family

We came to visit family in the area. This was a great place to stay with 3 generations.Anne Marie was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. The house was outfitted with a high chair and pack and play, so it was easy to have a 1 year old there along with our 6 and 4 year old grandchildren.It’s been newly renovated and is very clean.We will definitely be back.

This is a well-equipped, beautifully decorated home that is a short walk from the beach, stores and restaurants. We loved the backyard firepit! The owner was responsive and helped to make our stay memorable. We would definitely rent here again when we return to Jacksonville Beach.
