The bedroom is set up with a queen bed, fresh towels, bed sheets, and all the essentials waiting for your arrival. Pack light, settle in, and let the sea air do the rest.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of dishes and cookware - everything you need for real meals in. Pull up a chair at the dining table for a slow morning or a relaxed dinner before another day at the beach.
 
Bathroom
The bathroom features a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water - a proper reset after a long day of sun, sand, and saltwater.
 
Work & laundry
A dedicated workspace is available if this trip is part work, part escape. The in-unit washer and dryer take care of sandy clothes quickly, keeping you ready for whatever the next day brings.

The Flip Flop sits inside the Sawgrass Beach Club community in Ponte Vedra Beach, tucked between Jacksonville Beach and historic St. Augustine. Beach access puts the Atlantic just steps away, and lake access is available within the community via a path or dock. The community pool is on hand for a more relaxed afternoon, while the surrounding area offers coastal dining, cultural landmarks, and the quiet residential character that makes northeast Florida's coastline worth the trip. Free parking on premises is included.

Beach access and the community pool are private amenities available exclusively to Sawgrass Beach Club guests. Please note there is no parking at the beach access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
