The Villas of Amelia Island offers 350 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature safes and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to furnished balconies. When booking at the Villas, we were unsure of where our place would be. there are several Villas in the area. We were assigned to the Tennis Villas which were nearly a mile to the beach and the Omni hotel. Luckily it was easy to either drive and park near the main resort or take the shuttle. Now that I have been there, I have a better understanding of the layout and where I would want to stay. Our villa itself was very nice. It had a full kitchen, dining area and living room. The bedroom was separate and a very nice bathroom as well. The only problem was the water pressure in the bathroom sinks. It was basically a slow, low drizzle. The maintenance worker came and took the aerator off while we were there and it was better. Our unit had a separate pool as well, but it was nothing compared to what the hotel pool and beach area had. We would drive over every day and enjoy the big pools. Overall, it was a beautiful area and I would definitely go again.

Pros The room was very clean and staff were amazing. Cons the jets in the tub didn’t work and the door that divided the suites was not very soundproof and you could see light from the adjoining room.

We loved the resort. Our villa was a different story. The furniture was old and in need of replacement. The mattress of the master felt as if it was a box spring. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I loved the location but will choose a villa owned by the resort rather than a private owner in the future.

I enjoyed my stay (one night) in one of their villas, separate from the hotel. There's a lot to take in due to its size; dining locations, facilities, villas etc. Seems very family orientated with optional scheduling for all ages. The rooms were comfortable with amazing views from the balcony. I ate a delicious breakfast and lunch on the grounds, a true dining experience.

The Villas are owned and operated by the Omni Hotel. The hotel was excellent. The Villas were a bit tired, and not much of a porch. The grounds were well maintained and staff was excellent. All the amenities, pool, bars, restaurant and grill were available, and beach chairs and umbrellas were available for rent.

We stayed in the villas. You have access to all of the hotel amenities however you need to know that the villas do not clean rooms daily. The villa was not the best. People upstairs were loud very early in the morning. Small TV and outside patio area was filthy. Water in shower was not hot. Luke warm at best.1 trash can in bathroom The beds were sloppy and bedding was terrible The owners at 2342 villa need to do better
