Brand new, immaculate, quiet, great bed and linens. Best hot breakfast. The omelettes and bagels were actually good. Wonderful restaurant right next door. I will stay there any time I am in Jacksonville.

Great Place, FANTASTIC Staff!

My husband and I stayed here for one night because I was flying out of the airport very early. Our room was perfect, except that the shower did not drain and nearly flooded our room. We try to take things with a sense of humor so after letting the front desk staff know, they were very helpful. They had a new room for us as fast as they could. Despite the shower problem I would still stay here again as it's clear it was probably a fluke. It is a great deal for the price! The rooms were clean and hotel was quiet, breakfast and coffee were complimentary.
