Excellent location, clean, well provided kitchen, with excellent restaurants close by. The facility somewhat dated. A dinning room chair was propped up with a broken leg, and a bath towel bar fell off from the wall. The electric oven works on stove top, but the oven itself is not heating properly.

Booking was easy. Communication fantastic. We were notified when condo was ready and it was ready 2 hours earlier than expected. Beautifully decorated and updated condo. We did not have any issues with the condo except the couch was a bit hard and I would recommend getting plastic shower curtains that are longer so the floor does not get wet and the curtains are not dripping water. Beautiful view. Internet was down most of one day but that was due to utility maintenance issues. We were at the beach all day so no worries.

Great May Trip!

My family and I chose AI as the place to celebrate my birthday and kick off our summer! The condo was great, super comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing trip. Fantastic location, quiet and not crowded, just a short drive to everything on the island. Would definitely stay again!

Can’t beat the view

We had a wonderful stay- the condo is very spacious and the decor is calming to allow for enjoying the spectacular view. We visited in January, so loved the covered and enclosed porch with blankets to wrap up. The master bed was comfortable and we loved the replacement of the slider to a wall of window to enjoy the view from the bed. This is in a great location to get to town for shopping and meals. The beach is a great walking beach in January. We had an issue with the heat, but it was dealt with quickly. We also appreciate the very short check out requirements vs other rentals we have visited. Would definitely stay here again!

This will always be my short term stay choice!

This was my second visit and my second time at this property. And that, that says something IYKYK! My sister joined for this brief visit and regrets not having joined me the first time. Now I live on the island but when company come or I am asked for a referral, it will be to Sunrise Splendor. The Property Managers are wonderful and communicate efficiently. And oh, what a sunrise! That beach and the walks...

Everything about the property was wonderful. The condo has been beautifully renovated. All I could want or need was available. Spectacular location - unequalled sunrises. I hate to leave. Great Condo!

My sister and I stayed 4 nights to celebrate her birthday recently. The condo is beautiful with awesome views. It is completely renovated with great decor and comfortable, quality furniture. It is supplied with plentiful dishes, cookware and spices. There is a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The pool is awesome. It is large and crystal clear clean with comfortable chaise lounges. The access to the beach is easy and we enjoyed walks every morning to beat the heat. The location is perfect. The condo is about a 10-12 minute drive to the main street shopping, restaurants and historic district downtown and about 10 minutes to the resort areas of the Ritz Carlton and the Omni. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beautiful view and amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Getaway

We loved everything about our stay! It was a quiet area of the beach. Location is right on the ocean with a beautiful sunrise every morning. The pool is a nice large size, and all of the recommendations for eateries and things to do very super helpful. The check-in and out process was seamless. Just perfect!

Condo was super cute, clean with 2 comfortable king beds and the kitchen was stocked perfectly. The views of the beach were amazing and in a perfect location. The patio was a great size for 4 adults and all of the furniture was comfortable. The condo was in a great location with everything needed around you with fantastic food surrounding you. The communication with the manage company was spot on. Don’t be scared from only a few reviews(all good) we will definitely be back.
