In true Florida style the house sits on a lot that is open. There is a gas grill outback so feel free to throw some meat on the grill. Home away from home! I loved that they had everything you would possibly need in terms of shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, toilet paper, paper, paper plates, laundry detergent etc.... We were in town visiting our son who lives in Jax. This house offered enough space for my wife, mother in law, and two of my son's friends. The host's communication prior to arrival was reassuring. The open concept living room and kitchen area was great. One unexpected touch was the guide with instructions on the TV & soundbar & suggestions on nearby restaurants and attractions. The home is near two Walmart's for any essentials left at home (although complementary toothbrushes, lotion, body wash, etc. was provided) and has easy access to the beltway. The master bedroom and bath are nicely done. The outside sitting area is also a nice touch. This one is definitely on our short list moving forward!
