First room I was assigned looked like someone was still sleeping in it. Booked for 2 days through this app and was forced to pay for an additional night that was already paid for. There was NO tissue or extra towels in the room at all. Then Friday morning I checked to see how much another night would cost if I checked out on Sunday after being told if I didn’t return in 15 minutes to show them my proof of payment all of my stuff would be outside. Highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable will NOT book again.

Disgusting. First night encountered the shower curtain that was molded. Second day, without notice at 10am, they cut the hot water off for repairs and brown gross water was coming out. On the last night, a huge cockroach was walking across the floor.

The room on the bottom floor we initially had smelled as if it was moldy or had mildew. We left the room after placing our stuff in the room and were gone for a few hours. We came back to a puddle of water around the toilet. I called the front desk and found out there was no maintenance staff available and was told they would let the manager know. I waited several minutes, heard nothing, and then went to the front desk. We were then moved ro a room on the second floor which was not ideal due to the fact I had reserved the first floor room due to hip and back issues. So I had to navigate stairs which was painful. Also, cops were on site two times at least while we were there.
