The staff was nice, however, the rooms have really uncomfortable beds and pillows. I found it incredibly difficult to sleep here due to the old mattresses and waking up with back pain and a kink in my neck everyday. The location was convenient, and I liked the pool areas. The location was FANTASTIC. Right on the beach, felt safe and it was quiet. Our room was right in front of the pools which was super convenient and then we had a 30 second walk right to the beach. Everything from food, shopping, coffee and laundry were all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. A great hotel if you’re looking for a clean stay and convenient travel around Jaco Beach

It was a good location...we were supposed to have garden iew but it was actually the parking lol which you didnt want to sit outside the room fir. We were there 6 nights and requested new towels but never got any...or the garbage taken away. The pools were nice and the beach was right close.on a 10 minute walk to town.
